Client Services
How to reach your matter team, send documents securely, schedule time, and pay an invoice.
Sending Case Documents
Call the office handling your matter and we will set up secure transfer for court records, agency correspondence, financial records, and medical documentation. Large productions and anything privileged go this route, not by email.
Office phone numbers →Invoices & Payments
Pay an invoice or fund a retainer through our secure payment portal. For questions about a specific invoice, trust balance, or billing arrangement, call your office of record.
Open payment portal ↗Schedule a Call
Book time with your attorney or the matter team through the firm calendar. For anything urgent, call rather than book — the calendar is not monitored continuously.
Open calendar ↗Deadlines & Emergencies
If a filing deadline, a hearing, an agency response date, or a search warrant is in play, telephone the office nearest you. Do not use email or a web form for anything time-critical.
Washington, D.C. — (202) 895-5685 →What to expect from us
You receive copies of everything filed in your matter and everything the government sends. You are told what a development means, not just that it happened. Calls are returned within one business day, and if the attorney handling your matter is in trial or a hearing, someone tells you that rather than leaving the call unanswered.
Billing questions
If a line item on an invoice is unclear, ask. We would rather explain a billing entry than have a client quietly resent it. Fee arrangements are set out in the engagement letter, and changes to scope that will materially affect cost are discussed before the work is done, not after.
