Government affairs disclosures

Where required by the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the firm registers and files quarterly and semiannual reports. Where representation involves a foreign principal within the meaning of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the firm evaluates and, where required, satisfies registration and reporting obligations. Public filings are available through the Clerk of the House, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Department of Justice FARA Unit.
